We are one of four NHS organisations in Lincolnshire responsible for the planning, commissioning (buying) and monitoring of healthcare services locally.
We’re a membership organisation, led by doctors, nurses and other health professionals.
Our vision is that the people of Lincolnshire West receive compassionate care and excellent health services that promote healthy lifestyles and prevents illness.
We work with a number of organisations to deliver healthcare services locally and improve the health and wellbeing of local people.
We offer lots of useful information to improve or maintain your health and wellbeing, advice on self care, and guidance on which local healthcare services to access for treatment.
To find a service in your area, select one service type and enter a postcode.
We are working in partnership with all health and care organisations across the county to deliver a local plan for a high quality, safe and sustainable health and care system which better meets the needs of current and future residents. Lincolnshire’s Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) is a national requirement and sets out how we will improve health and wellbeing, quality of care, and the finances of our local health and care system by 2021. To find why this plan has been developed please watch the video below.
The full version of the STP including appendices, as well as a summary version can be downloaded from the Lincs Together website.
We would really like to know what you think about the plan. What sounds positive? Do you have any concerns? Is there anything missing?
As we begin to deliver key priorities set out in the plan there will be opportunities to get involved in this process so that we can make decisions based on the needs of our local population.
