Health survey launched to get opinions of young people
A survey has been launched to gather the views of young people about the information and services available to them across Lincolnshire’s health care system.
Healthwatch Lincolnshire has launched the survey to gather the views of younger people to help the county’s four Clinical Commissioning Groups – who buy health services for the population – to plan services for children and young people.
Traditionally, when we think about GP surgeries, hospitals and other health settings, we often thing about the older population.
Effective and accessible
However, young people of Lincolnshire also need effective, accessible advice, information and services that will support them now and in the future.
Healthwatch Lincolnshire would encourage everyone to share the link with young people to let them have their say on Health and Social care in the county.
This survey will take two to five minutes to complete and there is also the chance to win a £50 high street voucher of the young person’s choice.
Share the link below to encourage Children & Young People to take part. The survey is open until August 17.
